SHAPE takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors (or other payers), online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or, if the donor would like to cancel their donation, SHAPE will respond to the donor (or other payers) within 10 working days of receiving a valid request for a refund from the donor (or other payers). The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor (or other payers) will have to send SHAPE a written request for a refund within a week of making the donation (or other payment) to SHAPE’s official address or email contact@shapecharity.org along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating the refund.
We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfill the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.
We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors or users and as and when necessary to enforce our terms of services.
