Project Planning, Implementation, M&E and Risks
SHAPE manages the Project monitoring and evaluation with Result Based Management System (RBMS) for clearly achieving planned objectives and yielding discernible results. The RBMS system improves the transparency and accountability between the stakeholders, the committee and the project staff. Unlike the rigid systems followed by traditional Indian C.S.Os, we follow the RBMS for emerging an ever improving environment which is open to innovation.
SHAPE identifies stakeholders for effective and sustained work. Volunteers include beneficiaries under our projects, based on our policy framework which ensure that our services reach the deserving. Projects are operationalized after consulting the stakeholders. This includes intervention plans, setting baseline and target values, collection of existing data sources and methods for collecting new data for evaluation, work delegation to agents, data collection intervals and listing assumptions and risks, associated with the indicators.
Effective Communication will ensure that the implementing bodies and stakeholders understand the reason behind project decisions and actions. This provides transparency and accountability. We have established effective periodical monitoring, evaluation, review and report mechanisms in our projects for good governance and limiting hindrances and risks.
